Water though aids, to remove  waste from your body through urination and healthy bowel movements. However, lemon water doesn’t improve that process.

Although, taking lemon mixed water can help you to focus better psychologically, especially in the morning. But it doesn’t increase the Intelligence Quotient.

Might be true, to certain extents. But it sounds incorrect and wrong. A meal compromising of potassium can potentially increase urine output – that means virtually all fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products.

Side Effects of Lemon Water

This Lemon water is awesome and harmless  to drink. But the acidity in lemons might damage your tooth enamel as time goes on. This can  make your teeth more vulnerable to cavities. With the help of straw, you’ll get over this. It’s however important you rinse your mouth with water afterwards.

Lemon water is safe to consume. However, it may damage your tooth enamel if you drink if often.
